Who qualifies for a hostess desk?

Every group staying at the hotel is entitled to use the hostess desk provided by the hotel.

The hostess desk will be available as per the groups' needs, during the arrival or throughout the duration of your stay.

The group is responsible for manning the desk.

Where is the desk located?

The desk is located on the third floor, next to the accessible check-in desk.

What is the size of the desk and what does it include?

The desk size is 1.90 meters x 80 cm.

Included: chair, trash bin, electrical outlet

Good to know:

* Desks must be reserved in advance

* Clients who wish to use their own desks must have it approved and assembly must be scheduled in advance.

* Additional signage must be aligned with hotel standards.
